How Edit PDF works

Are my uploaded files stored?

Files are stored only long enough to process your request, then automatically deleted according to our retention settings — typically within a couple of hours. We never use your documents for anything other than fulfilling your request.

What are the limitations of this tool?

This is overlay-based editing: new content is added on top of the page. It does not rewrite or reflow existing PDF text, which most PDFs do not store as easily editable text runs.
